St. John's Altar

Below, a pic of the altar at St. John's Catholic Church in Woodstock where I play organ. The chapel is all wood, which is just right for our little town of artists and artisans, right?

Fr. George celebrated his 75th birthday today. I should have played "Happy Birthday" for the congregation, but I couldn't find just the right moment to do it.

There are remarkably few pictures of St. John's out there on the web. Is there some sort of taboo about taking pictures inside a church?

St. John's boasts a Baldwin organ that is a feeble attempt at producing something similar to a Hammond B3. But, it is useful to me, because I can use the Baldwin to practice my foot pedal technique. Most of the time, however, I just use an electronic piano.
