I don't know why, but it seems a bit surprising that India would be contributing aid. Guess that's because I think of India are struggling with its own issues of devastating poverty.
USAID makes its presence felt. Two U.S. Navy ships are moored in the harbor in Tacloban. I don't know what sort of aid they are providing.
