I sautéed the yellow zucchini in olive oil, and I made a tomato cucumber salad with basil... topped with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
The tomatoes are finally coming in. It's always touch and go at 1,000 foot elevation in the Catskills. Excessive rain last spring took out a few plants, and we also had a few really cold nights before Memorial Day. My tomatoes suffered. They're small but tasty!
