I’m ready to commit. My choice for president in the great campaign of 2012 is… nobody! Since it appears that the candidates will be Mitt Romney and Barack Obama, I don’t see any other choice. What to make of the absolutely non-responsive nature of our political system? Is it a good thing or a bad thing?
The Nobody for President campaign has been running, on the hippie side of the ledger, since 1975, when Woodstock Festival legend, Wavy Gravy, initiated the great quest. For once, I can return to my hippie roots and join my old hippie brothers in common cause! If we’re going to elect some clown president, then that clown ought to be a genuine Nobody!

One thing is for certain… The upcoming presidential election won’t amount to shit and nothing will change.
Goldman Sachs will be in charge of economic policy no matter who wins. Looks like we’re headed for another war in the Middle East nobody wants regardless of who wins.
So, you’re on your own. I welcome this opportunity to abstain from the political process, because it don’t amount to shit. All that carrying on by the Tea Party and those Occupiers, and… nothing. Romney vs. Obama! For God’s sake!
I’ll probably vote. It’s a habit. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.
I always vote too. Probably another vote for Ron Paul for me, even though he won't be the nominee.
Why bother voting for Zero or Zero Light.
