Every once in a while a group comes along that just breathes fire. I heard Pistol Annie's "Hell on Heels" on Sirius Radio while I was driving to the city on the Thruway. One hell of a funny, hot song about gold digging pretty young women.
When the girls sing "Sugar daddy I'm coming for you," I just about screamed; "Come and get me girls."
Some very clever country songwriting here.
Life continues to be resolutely unfair. If you look like these girls (see pic below), people are going to give you a lot better shot at becoming a country music star. Maybe our leftist do-gooders can find a way to fix this injustice.
What's the old saying? "Good girls go to heaven. Bad girls go everywhere!" It's true.
Wish I could find me a bad girl. Unfortunately, this sugar daddy doesn't have that much sugar to hand out.

This is a side gig by Miranda Lambert and some buds from school.

Pretty good side gig.
I haven't listened to Lambert's solo stuff. I will now.

Mrs. Tank and the Tank daughters just saw her over at Izod on the Meadowlands and said it was a great show.

Wow! Am I out of it, Tank. I had no idea Lambert was arena size popular!
Did the Pistol Annies come out and do "Hell on Heels?"

I was told that the arena was about 2/3 full, still a good crowd. Lambert has won a bunch of awards. Don't know what songs they played.
This summer Chesney and _______ what's his name (oh yeah, Tim McGraw [Tug's son}) are playing Met Life Stadium. If you like a big country music party. That will be one. We've got tickets already.
