Got fitted for the tux for my daughter, Sara’s wedding tonight. The big shindig is this weekend. The old man can still look decent, with a lot of help.
The family’s all coming in for the affair. Rehearsal on Friday night. Family BBQ on Saturday. The Old Dogs are coming over for a jam session. Then, the wedding and reception on Sunday.
What a kick in the ass! I’m an old man. My daughter is an adult. She’s smarter than me, and she’s going to be more successful than me, too.
That’s the way it’s spozed to me here in the U.S. of A.

Congratulations! You look good in that tight tuxedo. I wish my father would be on my wedding next month! I hope he’d come. I’ve already sent him the invitation ahead of everyone else.
