I’m doing something about my lard ass. Today, I spent an hour and a half in the gym. My workout included basketball shooting, running, weight lifting, sit-ups and push-ups. I just can’t stand carrying around this weight any longer.
Since Myrna’s death, I’ve been gaining weight and slowing down. Part of me died with her, and that’s really dragging me down.
I’ve just got to shake it off. I’ve been skipping a meal here and there. Tonight, I’ll do a full set of yoga.
I’ll continue to report via the Lard Ass-o-Meter. It’s time to get some spring back in my step.
