Michelle Malkin has the story of an anti-war hoax perpetrated by the editor of a Carbondale, Illinois newspaper. Isn’t it time to state the obvious… Cindy Sheehan is a hoaxer! She’s an outright liar. And she is defaming and ridiculing the heroic sacrifice of her son, Casey.
Casey Sheehan volunteered for the U.S. Army. Not only that, he re-upped for a second tour in Iraq. He also volunteered for the combat mission in which he was killed, although he did not have to go.
Cindy Sheehan is an outright hoaxer. She’s a total liar, and the fact that the anti-war left will resort to using such a liar tells you everything you need to know. I just saw the despicable commercial featuring Ms. Sheehan. She denies completely that he son was capable of making his own decisions. Obviously, he disagreed with her outlook and wanted to conduct his life as an honorable man. That commercial is one of the most shameful pieces of lying propaganda I’ve ever witnessed.
Why is the press continuing to be report this hoax? Every one of Cindy Sheehan’s allegations against President Bush is an outright, transparent lie. Casey Sheehan believed in his mission, and he fought proudly like a man. As I’ve stated before, the very real possibility exists that Casey Sheehan enlisted in the U.S. Army to get as far away as he could possibly get from this deceptive, lying and obviously mentally unstable woman.
Casey Sheehan’s actions are all that count. He spoke clearly. Cindy Sheehan should be ignored and shamed back to her hometown.
